Creamy Almond Butter Ice Cream



This homemade almond butter ice cream is a creamy treat that doesn't have any dairy in it. This dessert is easy to make, doesn't make you feel guilty, and is very satisfying. It's made with ripe bananas for natural sweetness and almond butter for richness.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds optional, for topping

Instructions:

Put the frozen banana slices, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend them together

To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed

You can add chopped almonds for extra texture if you want to

Put the mixture in a container that can go in the freezer

Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm

Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften a bit before you serve it

If you want, you can serve it with more chopped almonds on top
