Classic Cheeseburger

With melted cheddar cheese, juicy beef patties, and your favorite toppings between soft hamburger buns, you can enjoy all the classic tastes of a cheeseburger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickle slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size

Add salt and pepper to each patty

For medium-rare, cook the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill or skillet

You can change the cooking time to suit your taste

Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover it to melt in the last minute of cooking

Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the patties are cooking

To make the burgers, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun and then a patty with cheese on top

On top of the patty, put slices of tomato, diced onions, and pickle

Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, and then put it on top of the other buns

Feel free to serve right away with your favorite sides and enjoy!
