Keto Orange Beef



Enjoy the flavors of traditional Chinese orange beef without the carbs! This keto-friendly recipe combines tender flank steak with a tangy orange sauce for a delicious low-carb meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/4 cup orange juice sugar-free
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons low-carb sweetener e

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, sweetener, rice vinegar, and chili flakes if using

Set aside

Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add garlic and ginger, saut for 1-2 minutes until fragrant

Add sliced flank steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes

Pour the prepared sauce over the beef, stirring to coat evenly

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the beef is cooked through

Garnish with sliced green onions before serving
