Potato Croutons
Potato croutons are a delicious alternative to traditional bread croutons. They add a crispy texture and savory flavor to any dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
To make the potatoes even, put the diced potatoes in a bowl and toss them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer
After 20 to 25 minutes, flip the potatoes over and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
You can put these potato croutons on salads, soups, or just as a crunchy snack
