Sweet and Tangy Peppered Beef Ribs
With just a hint of pepper, these beef ribs are the perfect mix of sweet and sour flavors. The marinade gives the meat more flavor, and grilling it makes it taste smoky. A wonderful BBQ experience!
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef ribs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions:
To make the marinade, put together in a bowl brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and ketchup
Put the beef ribs in a big plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them
Put the bag in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the ribs out of the sauce and let them cool down at room temperature
Grill the ribs for 15 to 20 minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them, basting them every so often with the marinade
After cooking the ribs, let them rest for a while
